Cancellation Policy
This draft explains how cancelling a reservation works on FEA Luxe. Individual listings may set their own terms — those are shown on the property page and before you cancel.

Pending requests
A reservation request that has not yet been confirmed by the host can be cancelled free of charge at any time from your Trips page.
Confirmed stays
For confirmed stays, the cancellation terms shown on the listing apply. Where a listing states none, cancelling at least 7 days before arrival is intended to qualify for a full refund; later cancellations may be partially charged. Final terms are set per listing by the host.
After cancelling
Cancelled dates are released back to the property calendar immediately and the reservation shows as cancelled in your Trips history.
