1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email), reservation details (dates, guests), messages between guests and hosts, and listing content provided by hosts.
2. How we use it
To operate bookings, messaging, wishlists and reviews; to give hosts and administrators the oversight their roles require; and to keep the platform secure.
3. Sharing
Reservation details are shared with the host of the booked residence. We do not sell personal information.
4. Your choices
You may cancel reservations and manage your wishlist from your account. For data requests, contact the platform team.
