Terms of Service
These draft terms outline the rules for using FEA Luxe — browsing residences, requesting reservations, and listing properties as a host.
1. The service
FEA Luxe is a marketplace connecting guests with independent hosts of private residences. Reservations are requests: a stay is confirmed only when the host accepts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Roles (guest, host, admin) are granted by platform administrators.
3. Reservations
A reservation request places a hold on the requested dates. The host may confirm or decline. Cancellations follow the policy shown on the listing and in your Trips area.
4. Host obligations
Hosts must provide accurate listing information and honor confirmed reservations. Listings are reviewed by administrators before publication.
5. Content
Reviews must reflect a genuine stay. Administrators may remove content that violates these terms; removals are recorded in an audit log.
